There was a time, when women were deprived
And just sat there, sheepishly and meekly.
But nowadays, we see with joy and pride
That this has changed abruptly and completely.
There was a time, when walking in a park,
They were content to marvel at a flower.
Those days are gone. The difference is stark:
They've forged ahead and simply seized the power.
There was a time – over a cup of tea,
They would just chat or play a game of patience.
Now, they all drive, and fly, and run IT
Departments or entire corporations.
There was a time, when time was real cool,
And it flowed smoothly - hourly, daily, weekly…
But now - it runs, and women proudly rule,
While men just sit there, sheepishly and meekly.
